The Division of Student Affairs provided an update on the COVID-19 mitigation measures for the Fall 2022 semester.

Notable topics include testing, reporting a positive case of COVID-19, vaccinations, and masking. 

On June 24, 2022, Alameda County announced it would realign with state face masking guidance, rescinding the indoor masking mandate that went into effect on Friday, June 3. Because the city of Berkeley has its own public health jurisdiction, the order did not apply to the city of Berkeley and the UC Berkeley campus.
